Born in York, Pennsylvania, Eric currently resides in Monument, Colorado.  He is a Culinary Graduate from Johnson & Wales University, 2012. He discovered his love for the art of ice carving in 2008 and hasn’t slowed down since.

Eric has competed in a few ice carving competitions in Keene NH, Stowe VT and Fairbanks AK. His focus has always been on cooking, achieving many honors and awards in culinary school, but his true passion is sculpting ice.

2014 was Eric's first time competing in the Ice Alaska World Ice Art Championships. With two 5^th Place finishes, he returns this year to once again compete in both the Single Block & Multi Block Competitions.
