Wei-Sen, Liang was born in Taiwan. He was an owner and chef of many Chinese restaurants before he was hired to run Chinese kitchens for Turning Stone Resort and Horse Shoe Casino.  Currently, Wei-Sen is Executive Sou Chef at Turning Stone Casino and Resort. Wei-Sen has been carving ice, fruit, chocolate and wood since he started working in the restaurant business.  He is the leader of Turning Stone ice carving team which is handling ice sculptures for all functions. Wei-Sen participates in ice-carving competitions and earned N.I.C.A. medals at the world ice art championship. Wei-Sen and his family live in Oneida, New York
