An, Qui Ling has practiced ice and snow art for more than 20 years.  In 1989 and 1992 he placed 2nd and received special awards in China for both ice and snow carvings.  He also performed his skills in Holland, Hong Kong and  other major cities in China.  He has a lot of  experience in this field.
